Rabbia Cheese Factory Guided Tour with Light Lunch
Description
The experience begins with a visit to the Farm to discover the Friesian Breed. In the presence of the breeders, who have always specialized in the world of dairy cattle breeding, there will be a presentation on how to care for the animals, under the banner of animal welfare, good farming practices and the milking parlor.
We continue with a visit to the Francesco Rabbia Dairy. Narration and viewing of dairy activities strictly using raw milk, in copper cauldrons and with hand-wrapping.
We conclude with a tasty light lunch with selection of cheeses.
Information
The experience includes:
- Farm visit: barn, milking area, calves
- Dairy visit: processing activities, historic facility, new facility
- Light lunch : selection of cheeses cow, goat, sheep and PDO accompanied by honeys and jams, a glass of wine Tibaldi or a Kauss beer. Water and bread included. Monoportion dessert.
