LA-VIS Winery Guided Tour with Tasting

The territory in which the vineyards of Cantina La-Vis branch out is characterized by a complex three-dimensionality, full of bumps, hollows and steep slopes.

The vineyards are cultivated with 80% white grapes, among which Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Müller Thurgau predominate.

Red grapes include Schiava, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Teroldego and Lagrein. The production area is made up of vineyards located in Trentino and extending from the hills of Lavis, Sorni and Meano, the characteristic terraces of the Cembra Valley to Isera in Vallagarina, as well as some plots in the territory of Alto Adige.

The production philosophy is guaranteed by adherence to the Protocol for the Integrated Production System of the Province of Trento, which provides for a production system that uses all production and defense methods and means to minimize the use of synthetic chemicals and rationalize fertilization, while respecting the principles of environmental and economic protection.
