Intolerances:
- The filling itself can be adapted to suit needs, for those, for example, who cannot eat cheese or derivatives.
Includes:
- Cooking class of traditional Sardinian Culurgiones
- Lunch/dinner: appetizer and culurgiones served with 2 toppings
- Water, house wine, digestif and dessert
You will prepare the pasta and the culurgiones filling; you will have a so-called "scivedda" (vessel) to prepare the pasta.
Next you will prepare the filling, tasting the ingredients until the final result.
And again you will knead the dough previously set aside to rest and then begin the typical closing of culurgiones "a spighedda" (shaped like an ear).
After the closing, everyone will come to the table to enjoy the appetizers with a glass of wine, while water will be boiled for the final meal.
