Nebbiolo is details, history, passion, dedication and patience. From its grapes, processed in purity, the renowned Piedmontese wines Barolo and Barbaresco are obtained as per regulations.
A journey through different areas and evolutionary stages of this magical vine from the Langa land.
At the end of the winery tour, conducted personally by the owner, you will be able to taste 4 wines originated from the Nebbiolo grape variety in purity.
It will be an example of how this magical grape variety manages to shape its characteristics according to microclimate and terroir.
The tasting will begin with a Nebbiolo from the Roero area, continue with two Barolo wines from two different communes (thus a small horizontal) and conclude with a tasting of a historic vintage from one of the winery's crus.
This tasting will give you a thorough understanding of the influences of the terroir on the wines of our Langhe.
