Verticale Vecchie Annate - Cantina il Poggio

In time, the wines of the Winery refine and improve, reveal their most hidden and secret part: they just ask to be discovered. 

Celeberrima is now the 2017 vintage for the reds, especially for the Poggio, and the few remaining bottles can only be jealously guarded in the estate reserve, opened only on special occasions. The great finesse of the 2018 vintage is enhanced by bottle ageing, and the freshness of the 2019 is enjoyably and distinctly pandering.

And as always, it opens with a bubble to prepare the palate for the most important experience.

The visit lasts about a couple of hours and is divided into three characteristic moments:

• Vineyard -The first in the vineyard, with a privileged look at the vines, narrated directly by those who care for them and extract the nectar that will be wine. 
• Cellar - We then continue in the cellar, discovering all the secrets of winemaking from the past and antiquity, which are combined with our avant-garde technique.
• Tasting - The Wines: Liberty to start, followed by the vertical Poggio 2019, Poggio 2018, Poggio 2017. Also, always a little surprise. Paired with, Prosciutto Crudo di Langhirano, Culatello from the ancient cellars, olives and EVO oil of our own production.
