Wellness at the Spa of Colà
A day of wellness among spas and thermal lakes, caves and natural fountains of healthy water.
We begin the afternoon with relaxation at the 1,000-plus-square-meter spa that has been carved out of the former stable and guest quarters to end the day with a soak in the thermal waters of the lakes and caves at night.
You can try the Turkish bath for the scrub with pink salt from Hymalaya to purify the skin and Halotherapy with the inhalation of a salt solution in the room with salt crystals on the walls, with sound and color therapy.
There is no lack of the traditional indoor pool with Hot Thermal Water and the sauna path: 2 Finnish saunas, biosauna, large Turkish bath with chrome and aromatherapy, large biosauna located outside in the garden reserved for the Wellness Center.
Tanning shower, cabins for individual and couple treatments and massages, showers with chromotherapy and various relaxation areas complete the offer.
New, modern locker rooms will facilitate the wellness experience.

The water is thermal (37°C), bicarbonate-calcium-magnesium oligomineral: having a temperature equal to that of the body, it is used without manipulation that would alter its organoleptic properties.
It is piped into a 5000 sq. m. pond in which baths (effective in rheumatic and arthrotic diseases, skin and motor rehabilitation) and whirlpools (indicated in the reactivation of circulation) are practiced.
Spread throughout the park are not only numerous fountains for hydropinic therapy that promotes diuresis, but also sweat caves.

The Lazise Colà spa park consists of 13 hectares, with lake and trees of centuries-old grandeur, mostly evergreen.
The thermal spring was discovered only in 1989 within the century-old park of the 18th-century Villa dei Cedri; official recognition of the therapeutic properties of the water which took place in 1996 saw the establishment of the well-equipped Thermal Park in 1997.
