The Apartment is distributed on two levels and features simple but elegant decoration. It is very bright and has two terraces on both floors overlooking the well-kept fields.

On the ground floor we encounter a wide living room furnished with a central table, two masonry sofa beds fitted with comfortable cushions and a kitchenette very functional and well equipped with the necessities to be able to spend one's vacation: refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave oven, appliances and cooking utensils. At the end of the living room, a magnificent terrace infuses the entire floor with great brightness and offers a beautiful view of the rural landscape.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, which consists of a double bedroom fully furnished, with a large closet and a desk-drawer unit. At the end of the room we find the second terrace, with a precious view of the countryside in front of the village of Sant Ferran. On this floor there is also the bathroom with shower.

The apartments are all equipped with TV, air conditioning on both floors and Wifi internet connection. The terraces are furnished with garden furniture and deck chairs to make the most of Formentera's hot summer days. In addition, there is a barbecue area communal where you can cook in the open air.
