The Residence is located in a quiet area of Marciana Marina with a splendid view of the gulf on the historic center of the town, an ancient fishing village, now one of the most famous tourist centers of the Island of Elba for its hospitality, alleys and small squares, the marina and the pleasant waterfront that from mid-afternoon becomes the largest pedestrian area of the island.
It is the only facility in Marciana Marina that offers hotel and apartment stays also with the aparthotel formula, a formula that combines the comfort of an apartment accommodation with all hotel services and includes Bed & Breakfast or Half Board or in residence formula for those who prefer more freedom and independence than the hotel formula.
The residential complex is distributed in several detached but close buildings, surrounded by gardens and open spaces, where the apartments and rooms are located, all furnished in a functional and comfortable way.
Sport & Nature: During the months of July and August, guests can participate free in some sports activities in close contact with nature and the sea of the Island. In fact, half-day easy and fun trekking, kayaking and snorkeling excursions suitable for all ages are planned on different days of the week. The excursions will start and take place around the Residence, from the beach of Marina di Campo, along the surrounding coast or from nearby Marciana Marina and are organized in collaboration with specialized environmental and hiking guides who will guide participants along spectacular paths and the most beautiful beaches walking, paddling and swimming immersed in a still intact and exciting nature, full of life and charm all to be discovered.
