The Structure is a complex of villas arranged on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view, in the locality of Punta su Torrione, a few kilometers by car from Stintino.
The village consists of several units, some with shared pool, some with pool for exclusive use and some without pool.
Within the village there are several services including bar, restaurant, market, pharmacy, medical guard, ice cream store, ATM, laundromat, stores whose opening is at the discretion of private managers, usually from June to September.
The nearest beach (Le Saline beach) is 3 km from the residential complex, La Pelosa beach is about 10 km away, while the town of Stintino is 7 km away.
The Villas: The villas can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced apartments.
They are furnished in a rustic style and are located in various parts of the complex within a well-maintained natural setting.
Inside the apartment you will find a beach umbrella that you can take to the beach.
