The residence formula will allow you to spend your vacation in complete freedom staying in the cozy apartments located between ground floor, first and second floor.
Supermarket, bars, restaurants and equipped lidos are within walking distance less than 100 meters from the facility.
By staying at the facility you can decide to use the apartment's kitchenette equipped with everything you need, or take advantage of the lido's affiliated restaurant with a 10% discount.
The lido at the Residence is 150 meters away with fine sand and a sloping sea suitable for children.

Extra change of bathroom linens: Extra change of bathroom linens € 10.00 per person
(When booking two weeks, an extra change is provided free of charge at the beginning of the 2nd week)

Supplements payable locally:
- Stay tax: (June 15-September 15): € 0.50 per person per day for up to 7 consecutive days. Exempt minors until the day they turn 13 years old.
- Security Deposit: cash deposit of € 100.00 will be requested upon your arrival and refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection by our staff. Any damages during your stay will be charged.
