Entrance to the Zoological Garden
The Pistoia Zoological Garden is a park with more than 400 animals and 7 hectares of extension; in continuous expansion.
In an enveloping naturalistic dimension, the emotions you will experience will bring you closer to the knowledge of animals and the different ways to be able to protect them and to live respecting the Planet.
By size and importance of the educational and conservation activities of animal species, the park constitutes one of the main facilities of its kind in Italy.
The mission: to represent a center for increasing in the public the knowledge of biodiversity and its value for human life.
A Super Green Pass is required to enter the Park for all persons over the age of 12 years old, as per current regulations.
Please note that the super grand pass is obtained only with vaccination or recovery from SARS-COV- 2.
The Pistoia Zoological Garden, is not just a place, it is not exclusively composed of plants and animals, and it has not always been that way.
