Description of the structure
In the heart of the Gallurese countryside among granites and junipers, olive trees, dry stone walls, memories of other times and modern times the wind digs and marks the rocks, in this context the Estate develops.
Echoing in the air are the stories of Minnannu, a Gallurese term for "grandfather," the sole custodian of the vast property bequeathed to his daughter Mrs. Maddalena and her husband Mr. Piero. It was in 1980 that the adventure of the family began to raise pure cattle.
