Panada is a real gem of Sardinia's culinary tradition;
During your visit to a local farm you will learn how to make the favorite food of the people of Cuglieri, which is a must on festive occasions.
Each family has its own recipe, and you will discover a very old one that has been handed down for generations.
You will discover a tasty, rich and genuine dish created only with local raw materials.
You will not miss a visit to the farm for fun and relaxation and, finally, a nice tasting based on... panada, of course!

Hours available for the workshop: 10 a.m. | 4 p.m.
Laboratory + tasting duration: 2 hours.
Languages spoken: Italian, English, French, Sardinian.
Animals Not allowed.
Children are welcome but the experience is for adults only, however they will be able to participate in the tasting and tour of the farm.
