Canyoning in Donini Cave in the Supramonte of Urzulei

In the rugged yet magnificent territory of Supramonte, in central eastern Sardinia, you can experience an authentic canyoning excursion near the village of Urzulei.
An experienced Guide will accompany you on the trail inside the Donini Cave, among puddles and underground lakes that you will enter.
This is an articulated canyoning, in which water will be the protagonist: in fact, you will spend a lot of time there between swimming, walking and diving by torchlight only, proceeding along narrow corridors smoothed by the erosive action of the emerald waters, without forgetting the numerous abseils.

Speleology and canyoning come together to offer an experience completely unique to Sardinia.
You will follow a stream as it develops underground and, thanks to the bright cone of your flashlight, get a glimpse of this world interdicted to human life.
Then, suddenly, there is the blazing crack of light that announces the exit.
It looks like a mirage, and indeed--is it really the exit? If you think awe and wonder no longer belong to you, Donini Cave will force you to think again!
Requirements:
- know how to swim
- do not suffer from physical or mental conditions that prevent or discourage the practice of this activity
- the technical skills required are high and the physical commitment is intense
In fact, the hike is not available for beginners: participants must have already tackled other canyons and not suffer from claustrophobia.
