Description

The Museum  illustrates the life of ancient rural society, whose protagonists were the country nobility, settlers, laborers and artisans.
At the center of the museum area is the imposing Baroque residence Mair am Hof, with its manor halls and ethnographic collections.

In the open-air area are the original structures of old farmsteads and craft workshops, as well as vegetable gardens and domesticated animals, in a tour that illustrates the main stages of everyday life in a world that has now disappeared.
