To other flours we add eggs to make dough resulting in a dough that is smooth to the touch.

This is your chance to learn how to make fresh pasta, in your own home, here i Sicily, where the world's first pasta factory opened in 1154

Information

During this experience you will make bread, pasta and even grandmother's cake with your own hands that will accompany the end of the meal with the authentic sweetness of this land.

The Activity includes:

  • Bread dough
  • Fresh egg collection and pasta making
  • Tomato sauce: picking basil, explanation of various types of tomatoes, pressing tomatoes, explanation of various types of cooking, eggplant cutting and salting
  • Preparation of grandma's "white eating" cake with cinnamon, orange and lemon flavored milk cream
  • Consumption of prepared meals, including beverages.
