From the main room there is access to the covered balcony from which to admire the enchanting view of the Tuscan-Emilian ridge. In the summertime, the private garden becomes a lovely retreat where you can prepare barbecues and breathe the pure mountain air in the coolness of chestnut and beech trees.
It has six comfortable rooms arranged on two floors for a total of 60 square meters. On the ground floor is a relaxing living room with fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The second floor houses two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into two single beds.
Bath and bedroom linens available upon request at a cost of €10 per person.

The structure located at 900 meters above sea level is independent, made entirely of wood and articulated on two comfortable levels. Fully equipped with every comfort for a pleasant and regenerating vacation.
Situated in a strategic position near cities of art, ski slopes and hiking trails in the woods of the Sestaione Valley, it is located near the town of Cutigliano (11 km from Abetone) and is easily accessible by car from Florence (70 km), Lucca (78 km), Pisa (101 km), Pistoia (37 km) and Prato (55 km). It is located in a private setting, but is only a kilometer away from essential services.
