Punctuality is required, any delays will incur extra charges.
With departure from Borghetto sul Mincio at 9:30 a.m., the bike route runs along a mixed asphalt/terrain route made up of low-traffic back roads and country roads.
Stops are planned with visits to some historical sites such as the Ossuary of Custoza; It is included packed lunch* (variations are possible upon request): 2 sandwiches, water, fruit. Afterwards a stop is planned for visit with tasting at a local farm. You can learn about and taste local products, including wine Custoza, typical of the area. The tasting can be reinforced with a light lunch at your discretion.
The bike ride will be up to 45 km, with return around 4:30 pm.
The Activity will last about 7 hours.
CANCING POLICY
- within 5 days before the date of service: free cancellation
- below 5 days: 100% penalty. No refund
- in case of bad weather: tours are performed even in case of rain.
Should the customer not be notified by the client to cancel the tour due to eventual
bad weather within the above time frame, no refund - Cancellation by our agency for bad weather, due to force majeure or any other reason, we will make full refund
- Force majeure (e.g. COVID): full refund or voucher for date change
will be made
If you wish to make changes to your reservation, you must request such changes as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours before the date and time of your reservation.
