Practically and functionally furnished apartments located in Lido San Giovanni area in Gallipoli, located in various residences. They are 100 to 400 meters from the sea (from both free and equipped beaches). Ideal solution for a vacation in freedom. Nearby there are various services within walking distance : restaurants, bars, supermarkets.

Start and end of stay: Saturday/Saturday
Until 17/07 and from 04/09 free stays minimum 3 nights.
From 18/07 to 03/09 minimum stay 7 nights.
Our rate includes stay for up to 4 people in two-room apartments and 6 people in three-room apartments, final cleaning fees and flat rate consumption of water, gas and electricity.
MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS (payable locally):
- Mandatory deposit: payable on arrival and refundable at the end of stay € 100 in bilo € 150 in trilo

EFFECTIVE SUPPLEMENTS (payable locally):
- Air conditioning (where present): € 70 per apartment per week (to be requested at time of booking)
- Additional bed to be confirmed at time of booking subject to availability: 7th bed in trilo, € 100 per week from 24/07 to 28/08, € 70 per week in other periods (to be requested at time of booking)
- Cot: € 10 per day, to be requested at time of booking
- Animals: small pets allowed, final sanitation € 100
- Apartment with washing machine: to be requested at time of booking, € 50
- Car garage (50 to 200 meters from the apartment, to be requested when booking): € 100 per week
- Bed linen change extra: € 10 per person per change
- Bath set rental: € 10 per person per kit. Blankets and kitchen linens not available
- Late check-in/check-out: with extra charge to be agreed in advance with management
- Transfer: Gallipoli train station / bus station - reception office - booked apartment: € 7 per person one way, € 10 a/r; Lecce train station - reception office - booked apartment and vice versa: 1 - 4 people € 60 each way, 5-8 people € 80 each way
Beach Service: to be confirmed at the time of booking subject to availability, at Lido convenzionato in Baia Verde: 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment, until 30/06 and from 01/09 € 18 per day; from 01/07 to 31/07 € 23 per day; from 01/08 to 31/08 € 35 per day. Additional Cot: from 01/6 to 30/06 € 7 per day; from 01/07 to 31/07 € 8 per day; from 01/08 to 31/08 € 12 per day. Daily prices applicable only for reservations for the entire stay from the day of check-in until the day before check-out.
