The studio apartment is a perfect alternative if you come to Turin for leisure or work and want total autonomy. In its 28 square meters it has all the comforts of an apartment but in a smaller, more manageable space. In addition to a double bed that can be divided into two single beds equipped with orthopedic mattresses, a flat-screen TV to keep you up to date with what's happening in the world, a handy desk to unfold your city map and a selection of teas and herbal teas to make you comfortable while you decide on your next itinerary with a fast Wi-Fi network, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and you can add a baby crib.

Opera 35 stands inside a stately neoclassical-style building that preserves the splendor of the Belle Époque of late 19th-century Turin. It is located on Via della Rocca, one of the arteries overlooking the airy Piazza Vittorio Veneto connected to the picturesque hillside of Turin, the city's green lung. Reaching the center is also possible on foot: doing so will make it impossible not to be charmed by the elegance, beauty and austerity of Turin. The Street, despite its proximity to one of the Squares of Turin's nightlife, remains somewhat hidden: at any time of day or night you can enjoy all the tranquility you need.
Opera 35 you live it inside, among its rooms whose original details we have preserved, and outside, where a large garden is perfect for being outdoors and sipping a coffee surrounded by greenery. From April until November, the inner courtyard can be used to enjoy in total freedom a corner of absolute calm, surrounded by the typical buildings of the Piedmontese bourgeoisie.

The facility is located in Limited Traffic Zone, which is active from 7:30 am to 10:30 am Monday through Friday: the entrance reserved for our guests is from Corso Vittorio Emanuele or Corso Cairoli. During this time slot, the vehicle can only and exclusively park in the garage, it is not possible to park on the blue stripes.
