The Villa is spread over 3 floors and outside, in addition to the swimming pool, it has about 2000 square meters of private garden.
Nearby there are stores, bars, restaurants, beaches as well as the thermal baths for which Ischia is renowned.

- Change of towels every other day
- Bed linen change once per week
- Daily housekeeping (5 hours per day)
Services not included:
- Security deposit euro 500.00
To know:
- The Pool is open from April to October
- The rate is daily
- The Villa is closed from November to April inclusive
Extras on request:
- Taxi service € 5.00 per person one way (€ 10 a / r)
- Extra cleaning at € 15.00 per hour
- Bath and pool linen change extra, € 15 per day per couple
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations within 30 days before arrival, for reasons of DPCM, clients are entitled to a voucher to use in the same villa and season until December 31, 2022.
Subject to agreement and verification of availability, possible shifts in different seasonality (e.g., from Medium to High Season) can be agreed upon against economic integration that will be formulated ad hoc.
