The BRUSAFER is a mid-mountain organic farm in the Susa Valley.
We grow, harvest and process both mountain and Mediterranean medicinal herbs, thanks to the unique Valsusino climate. We are mindful of the impact of each of our activities on the surrounding environment, whose diversity, cycles and traditions we respect. We put the care and quality of our products first. At our place you can also stay in the farmhouse made out of an old rustic house and enjoy a simple, but genuine food service, on site or takeaway.

The Azienda Agrituristica Il Brusafer is located in a small hamlet of the municipality of Mattie (To) in the mid-Susa Valley at about 700 meters above sea level. Nestled in the woods that surround it, it is the ideal place for long walks in nature, BDC, E-Bike and MTB trips or simply for a pleasant relaxation.
Surrounded by fields of lavender organically grown by the owners, it offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas where you can relax, reading a good book or sunbathing.
Brusafer is equipped with a restaurant that offers genuine cuisine with local products at Km 0 (Maestri del Gusto for several years).
You can also enjoy meals on your own in the spaces provided, both inside and outside.

Also part of the facility is an old restored hut in a small hamlet at the foot of the Orsiera Rocciavrè Nature Park, used as a distillation and processing workshop. Here the managers process medicinal plants and herbs, transforming them into wonderful natural products that can be purchased on site.
