Truncated roller in which, thanks to a recent renovation, there is a lovely studio apartment with a bed alcove, small living room and bathroom and the necessities for preparing breakfast with a capsule coffee machine and the induction plate for milk. Outside is a sink for dishes.
It is ideal to accommodate a couple and enjoy the pleasure of the old buildings that provide a pleasant temperature all year round.

The Holiday House Casa Filu' is located just a few minutes from the center of Ostuni and combines city conveniences with contact with nature.
The property is in fact surrounded by olive, fig, almond, walnut and prickly pear trees, dry stone walls embellished with caper bushes, Mediterranean scrub and holm-oak woods. The view sweeps over all this, which can be reached and enjoyed directly from the property on foot or by bicycle.
The property has for all housing charging station for electric cars.
The minimum occupancy of housing is :
- three nights in low season
- 4 nights in mid season
- 5 nights in high season
- 7 nights in very high season

The sandy beaches of the Parco delle Dune Costiere, the coves of Torre Pozzelle and the unspoiled beaches of the marine reserve of Torre Guaceto are about 10 minutes by car from the property.
