Masseria Capece is an ancient Masseria located in the countryside of Cisternino, among millenary olive groves and expanses of almond trees.
The first nucleus dates back to the early years of the 1700s consisting of an ancient little church.
The centerpiece of the Masseria is the ancient oil mill dating back to 1846 with presses made of wood, cast iron and steel with a perfectly functioning millstone, since until the early 1900s lampante oil was produced.The Masseria is located on the slopes of the hill of Cisternino in the direction of Fasano and is 6 km from the sea.
It has a beautiful citrus grove of 5000 meters with more than 40 varieties of citrus, vegetables and mixed vegetation, which you will find in the breakfasts as genuine fruit or delicious homemade jams.

Masseria Capece is a rural dwelling dating back to the 17th century with exceptional views over the plain of monumental olive trees to the Adriatic coast.
The estate has been used as an agritourism farm and in full respect of its original character, preserving its beauty and combining hospitality with productivity, the preservation of the territory, and maintaining an eco-sustainable footprint given the presence of a charging station for electric cars, has created 8 beautiful suites all characterized by star or barrel stone vaults.
In the Corte Fiorita the Almond-Cotogno-Melograno-Ciliegio suites overlook colorful and fragrant gardens due to the presence of citrus, aromatic plants and local essences;
In the Corte dei Massari the Gelso-Nespolo-Limone suites overlook the farmyard of the oldest core of the structure, dating from the late 1600s with early 1700s. During restoration, two fireplaces were discovered that were used for cheese making.
On the second floor, above the Ancient Olive Mill the Fico d'India suite is derived from the former patronal residence where during hunting and harvesting periods, the master used to dwell and from its spacious terraces admired the beauty of his land.
