The experience takes about 3-4 hours and includes:
- Departure from Barolo
- About 1 hour flight
- Light brunch/aperitif with tasting of typical Piedmontese products
- Shuttle service for the return
Cancellation:
- Free with at least 5 days notice
- Between 5 days' notice and 36 hours' notice, 50% of the amount will be withheld; in this case, the remaining amount can be refunded or converted into a voucher valid for 24 months
- With less than 36 hours notice the full amount will be retained.
- In case of cancellation by the operator (bad weather, force majeure, etc.) the amount paid will be converted into a voucher valid for 24 months

Recommended clothing:
Winter months: Heavy socks and boots or after-ski boots to keep your feet warm, depending on the temperature. If it is particularly cold we recommend that you wear thermal clothing and gloves.

Safety information and exclusions:
- You may have to squat on landing to cushion the impact on the ground: anyone who, for any reason, cannot maintain a squatting position will not be allowed to fly.
- Pregnant women, heart patients, and people with respiratory problems are not allowed on board for safety reasons
- Those who have been diving in the previous 24 hours are not allowed to fly for safety reasons.
- Flying is strongly discouraged for children under 6 years of age, minimum height required 110 cm.
