Discover traditional Tuscan flavors by visiting small local producers and tasting what they have been producing for many generations.

Let's visit some local producers, today we focus on pasta, liqueurs and truffles.

They are families who manage to continue the activities of their grandparents for several decades with limited but quality production and inserting some novelties. 

We do small tastings and can also buy the products but the cafe we take at Andrea Bocelli's restaurant.

Detailed programme

The beginning of the activity will take place in Lajatico, Andrea Bocelli's hometown, where you will have, together with your guide, a coffee in the famous singer's Bar Ristorante.

Following with you will reach the second stop where you will visit a local pasta factory in which the "slow drying" method is still used.

The tour continues with a visit to a traditional Liquorificio where bitters, grappa but also limoncello and sweets are produced.

You will conclude the experience with a visit to the Savini Museum where it will be explained when and how truffles are sought and of course also how they can best be tasted.
