Private balloon flight between Mondovi and Langhe

You will fly in a hot air balloon over the beautiful area between Mondovi and the Langhe, with the Alps and hills on the horizon. The wind will accompany you on a soft landing and we will toast tasting local products.
The experience engages about 3/4 hours includes:
- Takeoff from Mondovi - Carru'
- 1 hour or so flight time
- Light brunch/aperitif
- Shuttle service for return
Cancellation:
- Free with at least 5 days' notice
- Between 5 days' notice and 36 hours' notice 50% of the amount will be withheld; in this case, the remaining amount can be refunded or converted to vouchers with 24 months' validity.
- With less than 36 hours notice the full amount will be withheld.
- In case of cancellation by the operator (bad weather, force majeure, etc.) the amount paid will be converted into voucher with 24 months validity.
You will receive the final weather confirmation by phone or via whatsapp, so make sure you have left a contact phone number when booking.
- If you booked for the morning flight you will be contacted the evening before the flight around 6 p.m.
- If, on the other hand, you have booked for the afternoon flight you will be contacted the same morning around 12 noon.
You can change/cancel your reservation without penalty up to 5 days before your flight date.
The flight may be canceled by the pilot up to a few days prior to departure if weather conditions are not ideal for the enjoyment and safety of the experience.
In that case, the flight will be rescheduled by consensus on the earliest dates allowed by the weather.
Alternatively, a voucher will be issued for use at another time of the customer's choice within 24 months of issuance.

Countless hours of flight time allow the pilots to involve you in all phases of the experience, from preparing the balloon to landing, providing you with all the information you want.
Recommended clothing:
Winter months : Heavy socks and boots or after-ski boots to keep your feet warm, depending on the temperature. If it is particularly cold, we recommend wearing thermal clothing and gloves.
Summer months: Hat and sunglasses, comfortable clothes and hiking or sneaker-type shoes.
Safety information and exclusions:
- You may have to squat upon landing to cushion the impact with the ground: anyone who, for any reason, cannot maintain the squatting position will not be allowed to fly.
- Pregnant women, heart patients, people with respiratory problems and children under 2 years of age are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
- Not allowed to fly anyone who has been diving in the previous 24 hours for safety reasons.
- Flying is strongly discouraged for children under 6 years old, minimum required height 110 cm.
