You will be welcomed to the Savini Museum by one of the family members who will be your chaperone for the entire experience.

The experience continues with a Truffle Hunt with dogs, and concludes with lunch at the facility.

The Savini Family has been in the truffle business in Tuscany for 4 generations. We share this passion with our guests during our events. We can offer our experiences at any time of the year, always having fresh truffles in Tuscany, varying in type. Here is the Tartufo Bianchetto ( or Marzuolo)  from January to April, the Tartufo Scorzone in summer until the Tartufo Bianco in autumn, just to name a few.

MENU of lunch:

  • Truffle maker's appetizer: truffle pecorino cheese with white truffle honey, crostini with truffle sauce, truffle bruschetta, artichoke and truffle cream, basil and truffle pesto, truffle charcuterie, small salad with balsamic and truffle dressing, and truffle peschiole.
  • Tagliolini with fresh seasonal truffles
  • Egg in cocotte with seasonal fresh truffle
  • Truffle dessert
  • Drinks and Wines included
Detailed programme

Appointment at 10 a.m. Guests are welcomed into our Savini  Museum where we retrace the milestones of family history related to the world of truffles. From here, after a welcome coffee, we move into the woods for truffle hunting. Biological cycle of the truffle, natural habitat and training of the dog (the real unique protagonist of the experience) are just some of the topics we cover while in the woods. Upon return, lunch of fresh seasonal truffles and selection of our truffle products.
