Apericena in Cascina
Description
This tasting tour of Cascina La Maddalena gives you the opportunity to taste and discover typical flavors of our area.
All accompanied by wines of our own production:
- VentiRose - rosé wine from Dolcetto grapes
- Bricco del Bagatto - Dolcetto di Ovada d.o.c
- Pian del Merlo - red wine from Merlot grapes
- Rossa d'Ocra - red wine from Barbera grapes aged in oak barrels
The wines will be accompanied by "Gli Appetitosi," typical cold cuts and cheeses served in an artistic large cutting board with homemade bread and focaccia.
