Double Room - Le Baite di Baudinet

The Gentianella room, on the second floor of the valley lodge, can accommodate two people and consists of a French double bed and a private bathroom with shower. A large, bright window faces the large meadow in which, in April, the delicate and beautiful flowers, a protected species, which give the room its name, create some wonderful patches of intense blue.
The treatment includes a rich sweet breakfast buffet with homemade jams.

Presentation
Annamaria - Travel agent and traveler for many years, but no place has taken me away from Piedmont. My job is to welcome you to make you feel at home and make your stay comfortable and peaceful.
Ferdinando I have lived for work in different cities in Italy and spent a lot of time abroad, but Piedmont is home for me. I love cooking, experimenting with raw materials and playing with taste.
Impossible to describe the feeling of magic and energy that this Borgata gave us during our first unforgettable inspection. And that's how the adventure began: Baudinet welcomed and bewitched us, and now here we are, very ready to welcome in our new home those who, like us and together with us, would like to enjoy the view, the beech woods, the silence... and also the good Piedmontese cuisine.
The renovation respected the original style externally. The lodges were already in a good state of preservation, and the restoration of the walls was done respecting the laborious but authentic old 'dry-stone' style.
MINIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Seeking to maintain a high ecological standard, the lodge has its own energy autonomy guaranteed by solar panels and accumulators; the water supply is given by a proprietary spring, whose purity is guaranteed and certified, with no need to add purifying chemicals of any kind. In addition, wastewater treatment is a technological and advanced phyto-purification system based on the use of aquatic plants.
