Guided Tour of DE RIZ Winery with Tasting of 3 Wines
DISCOVERING CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE!
After an introduction of the history of the appellation and the territory, a visit to the vineyard and winery follows with an explanation of the production processes that give life to our Prosecchi Superiori. The wines for tasting are:
- Extra Brut Caris
- Grandfather Carlo Millesimato
- Conegliano Valdobbiadene Extra Dry
To pair with typical local products, cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by breadsticks and/or fresh bread.
Come visit us at the winery to experience firsthand where and how our wines are made. Luca, oenologist and owner, will be on hand to explain to you how the work of a winemaker is carried out and what it consists of: from the care of the vineyard to the harvest carried out exclusively by hand, from the winemaking processes to the final stage of bottling. The guided tour will introduce you to the history of our winery and the territory, the techniques we use in harmony and respect with the nature that surrounds us, and will give you an understanding of the work and passion that lead to the production of our wines. Pamela and Ilaria, both sommeliers, will accompany you through the tasting process. In the warmer months, it can take place immersed in the vineyards in the shade of a natural pergola, or inside the winery, the hub of our work; in the winter months, on the other hand, you can taste our products inside our tasting room, suitable for small groups, with an open view of the historic vineyard that surrounds the entire winery or still inside the winery for larger groups.
