The property is located on a beautiful Tuscan hill a few kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea, on the ETRUSCAN COAST, dating back to the ancient noble properties of the place.
This small medieval village later became a hamlet of the municipality of Cecina.
The farm and the old farmhouse (which has become the home of the owners) are set in 25 hectares of land planted with vineyards, olive groves and orchards.
It has 31 double rooms, 2 apartments with kitchen and 3 suites for 4 or 6 people , furnished with taste and refinement, in full "arte povera" style but equipped with all modern comforts.
The structure is equipped with a restaurant, with a large living room and bar, where you can enjoy the tasty dishes of the healthy and genuine cuisine based on products grown and cared for by the farm itself, in particular, wine, oil, fruit.
During the summer months you can enjoy the refinements of 'Chef' Leonardo on the wonderful panoramic terrace with a wide view of the OLIVE TENUTA.
The swimming pool (23 m x 12 m) for adults and children, equipped with a kiosk ' BAR ' is open from the first days of May until the end of September and is located , centrally located, in front of the structure , with large green park available for many warm hours of sunshine.
