The Montegrande Estate is a country residence built in 1893 and now a three-star bed & breakfast.
The property sits on the rolling hills of Monferrato, a renowned wine-growing area with top-notch products such as Barbera, Freisa, Grignolino and Cortese.Our historic wine cellar dug into the turf with its traditional "infernot," ancient wine press and vintage oak barrels, is well worth a visit. It stands in an 18,000-square-meter fenced-in park on a 7-hectare property partly planted with hazelnuts, where - in addition to a wide variety of fine plants such as magnolias, sofras, hollies, birches and tamarisks - there is a majestic and very old Lebanon cedar, the historic symbol of the house.
To top it off, we have a swimming pool with solarium, excellently positioned with a magnificent view of the Ligurian and Piedmontese Alps and private parking.
