Protagonists of an unforgettable day will be the Cooking Class in Trullo.
Discover and taste the traditional dishes of the Puglia Region, between preparation and lunch based on the products prepared
"Half-day" experience (lasting about 4 hours) that includes cooking class under the guidance of the chef in the trullo and lunch under the pergola.
The chef will also be on hand to explain in detail the typical products as well as their processing.
Lunch under the pergola, weather permitting, will have an all rural flavor.
