Getting into an unfamiliar environment for the first time is both difficult and challenging at the same time.
Doing it with the use of map and compass as well as a mountain bike is even more difficult
The participants will compete with each other with the aim of finding all the marked points in the shortest possible time, discovering suggestive and intact environments
EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDED FOR ORIENTEERING:
comfortable hiking clothing. It is recommended to dress in onion with several layers (we recommend a first layer, in contact with the skin, in polypropylene, a second insulating layer in fleece or wool and a third waterproof layer as a nylon or goretex anorak, long pants);
hiking boots with vibram sole or sneakers with a good sole;
backpack (in which to put a shirt and a spare shirt, a kway, etc.);
bottle (it is the most practical and ecological container for transporting liquids);
