A unique reality that boasts an artisan production plant, entirely made of copper .
Then we propose the view to the cellars where the grappa is left to rest in ancient oak barrels centuries old.
At the end of the visit we always offer a'ampia degustazione dei nostri prodotti, senza limite di numero di assaggi, anzi anzi molto ricca perché we produce besides grappa Liquori alle erbe, Barolo Chinato, Vermouth di Torino e un aperitivo nuovissimo.

Francesco Trussoni, master of alembics in Gallo d'Alba. Already in 1885, he had the brilliant intuition to create the Grappa di Barolo, the first single-varietal grappa in history
In 1922 the company passed under the guidance of Mario Montanaro Mario Montanaro and his wife Angela Trussoni Angela Trussoni who were, with their son Giuseppe Montanaro, not only the perfectioners of the production processes, among other things with the adoption of steam stills, but also the heirs of a rigorous methodology that made use of the valuable experience and influences of the Alba School of Oenology.
In a century, therefore, a sort of unique "ecosystem" has been created, where Montanaro distillates, and in particular the Grappa di Barolo, are the most sophisticated emblem of the qualities connected to a happy territory called Langa, in its many historical and cultural aspects
