Structured on different levels, each apartment has an independent entrance and a balcony or a porch equipped with outdoor table and chairs so you can always enjoy the sea view

:Arriving at Portoferraio, the ferry sails along the stretch of coast that stretches from Cavo to the roadstead, one of the wildest and most inaccessible on the island Going past Cala Mandriola and Cala dell'Infernor, between the tips of Nisporto and Nisportino you can see a pink villa that, like a fortification, dominates the inlet.
It is the Residence La Cota Quinta, built in the years of the Roman Dolce Vita by some film registers that made it their oasis of privacy.
The Residence stands on the remains of an ancient lime kiln and in some places you can still see the original walls of the previous building. A splendid view of the sea is offered from the balconies and common terraces.
La Cota Quinta is located in one of the less shaped stretches of coastline by the hand of man and the advent of tourism and is framed by the unspoilt greenery of the Mediterranean macchia of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.

Two large car parks allow you to leave your car inside the property and then walk down to the residence only on foot through a staircase
For lovers of snorkelling and experienced divers, the seabed in front of Residence Cota Quinta offers the best you can find on the Island of Elba, as well as lovers of trekking will find an infinite number of routes that wind around the residence.
The beach of Nisporto, comfortable and equipped, is only 300 m.
