The villa was built in 1895, using handmade bricks from the nearby Sezzadio kiln in Alessandria, particular for their different colours obtained from the different materials and firings, which are still perfectly preserved today. Also known in the village as "the Castle of Quattordio" and in the past as "Villa Millo", it is said that its construction was commissioned by a wealthy doctor of Milan who required architectural elements that evoked a small castle
It was the object of an important internal restoration in the 60s by the ancestors of the current owners, who, thanks to meticulous work, were able to make this villa even more unique, furnishing it in classic and elegant style with references to the styles Liberty and Regency.
The frescoes of all the interior ceilings, still original and well preserved, the cathedral glass with different decorations in each room and the damask fabrics are of particular value.
