These are practical cooking meetings during which the preparation of an entire meal is explained, from appetizer to dessert, and it is done together... And of course the tasting follows.

We will spend a morning or afternoon together to learn the ingredients and preparation techniques and then make the meal together.

Why do it? "Get your hands dirty" yourself and enjoy the experience of eating what we prepared together.

Detailed programme

Upon arrival, after a brief presentation, we begin with an explanation of the products used during the cooking course.
You will be explained how to work them, how to combine them and how to taste them
Now you can prepare your lunch or dinner with your own hands, followed by an experienced chef.
The moment of greatest satisfaction is when you can taste what you have prepared, combined with good wine from the Langhe and Roero.
