La Fattoria La Principina extends for more than one hundred hectares in the heart of the Maremma Natural Park;Maremma Toscana between the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Principina Mare and the hills of the Maremma Natural Park
The Hotel was born from the restructuring of an old rusticor
inside the Farm five kilometers from Grosseto city.The ambience is romantic, furnished in refined Tuscan style e it conveys to the guests the warm sensation of a country house: cosy corners for a private drink, TV area, bar and every useful service ad a unique and unforgettable stay.

The apartments (3rd and 2nd category) have Tuscan style furniture and are all spacious and functional.
Most of them are on the ground floor with private entrance and equipped garden.
The apartments have a kitchenette with two hotplates without oven, bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, TV, independent air conditioning ("I Borghi") or fan provided ("I Casali").
