The Moraiolo
The apartment Il Moraiolo is the only three-room apartment at Agriturismo Ampugnano. Due to its large size, it is ideal for:
- families with multiple children
- two couples
- groups of 4-5 friends
Whether you come as a group or not, our farmhouse with animals is a convivial and informal place to relax and enjoy good company.
Access the apartment via the internal staircase.
You will immediately notice that the environment is very bright: thanks to the sun exposure from east, south and west and the windows, from which you will enjoy a 180° view of the Umbrian hills.

The Ampugnano Farmhouse is located in Umbria, in the Upper Tiber Valley, on the border between Umbertide and Gubbio.
A house on a hill, from which you can enjoy an enchanting panorama overlooking the valley.
Here you will find much more than just a farmhouse with rooms: our accommodations are three apartments, organized in the best possible way to guarantee you a comfortable and peaceful stay, far from the noise and the daily hustle and bustle.
In warm weather, you can swim in the pool and forget about the heat.
In every season, wherever you turn your gaze, you will see lots of greenery: olive groves, pine forests, and oak forests surround the entire facility.
