Description

At the end of the Tour and during the tasting session, we will take you with us on a journey through Sicilian food and wine culture and local agriculture.

We will analyze developments and new green methodologies under the banner of sustainability.

We will overview the most important cultivars in Italy and experiment with food pairings. We will understand why it is not enough to have only one oil in the kitchen.

Expert's presentation

The project is to make guests participate in the various production processes from olive harvesting to transformation into oil.
The facility is open to visitors all year round: October and November are the best months to get acquainted with and visit the mill to discover the various stages of oil production, always accompanied by experts in the field.

The name of the company reflects to family history: producers in the field, but also in the mill. 

The land is located in the area surrounding the oil mill.
