The farmhouse Podere il Poggiolo is located in Chianti Rufina, in a hilly position.
At 3 km there is the famous "wine road" and the museum of the same name, then the various services such as banks, stores, restaurants, sport fishing lakes and stables for horseback riding.
The property is immersed in the green of olive groves and vineyards with a dominant position that opens the view of the entire valley of Chianti Rufina.
For nature lovers 2.3 km near the farmhouse there are several SO.F.T. trekking routes and 2 sport fishing lakes.
The farm produces red wine, extra virgin olive oil, garden produce. All with CCPB-certified organic method.
On the farm, in addition to the swimming pool open all year round, there is also the new and large riding school with horses for small riding lessons and walks in the surrounding countryside.
Each accommodation has an independent entrance and its own outdoor space equipped with tables and chairs and a view of the Chianti Rufina valley and the entire farm.
In the heart of the property is a large, very bright old loggia overlooking the valley and the pool, specially structured to give both Tuscan breakfasts and dinners, prepared directly by us with local products.
