Description

Discover the history of Scuderia Ferrari and right after enjoy Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

Participate in this fantastic tour between adrenaline and taste!

Depart from Parma with direction to Modena, for Maranello, where the Prancing Horse racing stable is based.
A visit to the Ferrari museum is planned.
Afterwards, for those who wish, it is possible to take a test drive in the red cars of Maranello, with the possibility of choosing the car model to try.

After Maranello, the food tour continues to the acetaia, where the original traditional balsamic vinegar of the Modena Consortium is produced.
The tour begins outside the building where the work done on the freshly harvested grapes and must is explained.
The tour then continues into the cellars and attics where there are barrels made of many different woods that impart fragrance and flavor to the balsamic vinegar, where it will be possible to taste different types of vinegar of different ages, from 20 to 100 years.

The tour ends with a tasting of balsamic vinegar and Parmigiano Reggiano accompanied by Lambrusco di Modena.

Expert's presentation

Founded by Enzo Ferrari, today the Scuderia boasts such notable victories as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 12 Hours of Sebring and the 24 Hours of Daytona and in road course races such as the Targa Florio, the Mille Miglia and the Carrera Panamericana.
Also known as a luxury car manufacturer, it is distinguished by the prancing horse logo.

Balsamic Vinegar is created thanks to the long and natural aging of cooked must from typical Modenese grapes inside small barrels kept by families in the attics of their homes.
