In our facility we have a space dedicated to the kitchen where

we organize a COOKING CLASS to teach you how to prepare a dinner

typical Ragusa.

It is an opportunity for growth and experimentation, which gives experiences,

emotions and new challenges.

While we're at the stove, we'll have time to chat and socialize

pleasingly revealing the secrets to the success of our dishes.

Information

On this day you will learn how to cook, within a splendid large kitchen, typical Sicilian dishes. Cavati and ravioli with ricotta cheese, pork sauce, vegetable ragout, pasta alla norma, pasta with wild fennel and Sardinian, rabbit alla cacciatora, parmesan cheese,

seafood salad, cuttlefish with potatoes and cherry tomatoes, linguine with cuttlefish ink, paccheri with swordfish and aubergine, bread, pizza, focaccia

Our raw materials: meat from local farms, vegetables and herbs from our garden, oil from our olive groves, cheese and

local sausages, local legumes, flours made from our grains, the catch of the day from our Mediterranean Sea and caught by the small

local fleet.

You will then have the satisfaction of sitting at the table to enjoy what you have prepared together.
