Blind Tasting in the Winery of Radda in Chianti
This activity will begin with a walk through the vineyards and gardens (both vegetable and otherwise).
In the winery and tasting room explaining the details of our organic farming.
Guests will truly learn the details of organic vine cultivation and wine production and tasting.
The tasting will include: a tasting of all our products, a mini "tasting" course, various tasty appetizers and blind tasting in custom black goblets.
Guests will taste and compare new and old vintages, taste corked or oxidized wine, and learn the difference by refining the sense of smell and taste. Often our perception is guided by what we see. When sight is eliminated, we realize that the world is turned upside down in a way we never understood. This is a fun wine-tasting experience that will challenge your previous perceptions and probably add something new to your wine world, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned wine connoisseur!
