Trekking - Ring of Lamoli

From the center of Lamoli, the trail moves along the Dorsaia stream, a major tributary of the Meta. Among cool woods and to the sound of torrential waters, you reach the ridge that divides the Valmaggio from the Meta valley. After traversing a beautiful stretch on the ridge protected by the forest, you reach the spectacular Poggio della Biforca where the view is lost in the valleys of the two opposite sides. The return is on a comfortable downhill path to the village of Lamoli, where it is possible to visit the Abbey of St. Michael the Archangel and take a tour of the village.
