Walk through the vineyards with a visit to the winery and wine tasting

Our experiences are a journey into the natural world of La Maliosa that will guide you into the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, letting you savor its true essence.

We will begin with a walk around the winery, reaching the top of a hill being able to enjoy here a breathtaking panorama of the Maremma hills. On this occasion, our expert staff will introduce you to the characteristics of the historical varieties used for our wines, the production process Corino Method that leads every choice in the production of natural wine and organic EVO oil.

The tour continues with a visit to the winery where you will discover the entire winemaking process and where some of our wines age inside the barrels.

We will then move to the tasting room, where, in a cozy and warm atmosphere, you will be able to taste 2 of our natural wines, accompanied by a selection of cheeses from the Caseificio di Sorano e Manciano and the artisanal sliced meats selected by us from the area. The homemade bread, from stone-ground flours, will accompany the tasting of our organic EVO oil, derived from the cold pressing of Tuscan cultivars.

The tasting will be led by a company expert who will be ready to guide you in this sensory experience, also available to answer any of your doubts or curiosity.
