Standard Deluxe rooms are slightly larger in size and are located on the first and second floors.
Some have a very comfortable chair that accommodates a single bed for a third person.
All windows overlook the quiet pedestrian street that runs through Chianalea.

Lordly palace built in 1543. Of particular interest is the portal in Syracuse Stone, surmounted by a coat of arms depicting a rooster crowing toward the sun and a carved "R" (probably Ruffo Family of Calabria).
It has undergone considerable transformation over the years. Today it has become a place that houses 8 rooms in modern style on the two upper floors, in the lower part of the building (formerly used as a shelter for boats and as a storehouse for provisions) we find a cozy restaurant where you can enjoy gastronimic fish specialties, treasures of Scillese cuisine.
The current owners chose the name "Il Casato" to remember and to continue a tradition of families united and dedicated to work with humility, professionalism and nobility of spirit.
