Canoe descent on the Adige River in the Terra dei Forti
Set off on an exciting adventure with a kayak tour on the Etsch River.
You'll explore a unique area and learn the basics of paddling a large river. The whole experience takes place in total safety, you will be accompanied by certified guides or World Rafting Champion Pietro Fratton. We will play at finding the many Austro-Hungarian forts that hide perched on the surrounding heights covered by vegetation. We will also learn together the basics of river safety and current swimming. We will pass through the Ceraino Lock, an impressive canyon with walls overhanging the river, an unforgettable experience!
Bring light and appropriate clothing to be wet (synthetic is best).
Wear a pair of comfortable sneakers that can get wet.
Recommended water bottle/bottle and for hot days also a hat.
Included in the experience is:

- Meeting point at our office in Via San Martino 1 in Volargne (VR).
- Transfer organization to Dolcè at the Albino Armani Winery, starting point of the experience.
- Briefing and explanation of the activity with the guide.
- Kayak departure, historical explanations, current bathing.
- Passage through the "Ceraino Lock" an impressive canyon with sheer walls overhanging the river.
- Arrival at the disembarkation point and end of activity.
Visit Valdadige is a reality born in Volargne di Dolcè (VR), which aims to promote and enhance the Valdadige territory through the realization of unique and adrenaline-filled events and tours that link sports and culture.
The activity has a duration of about 2 hours, may vary slightly depending on the river level.
The activity is also suitable for people with disabilities; they will be able to ride in the same canoe as the guide.
